Terms and General Conditions of Use SLACKLINE-TOOLS.CH 

These General Terms and Conditions of Trade shall be exclusively applicable to the business relationships between the webshop SLACKLINE-TOOLS.CH and the customer. In case of doubt, the original German version of these terms and conditions applies.

Products
Products are delivered as long as stock lasts. If any product is out of stock for a longer period, the customer will be contacted and will have the right to cancel the purchase. All images on the website are purely for illustration purposes and are non-binding.

Prices
We reserve ourselves the right to change the rates indicated. The prices on the website are in Swiss francs, VAT included.

Handling charges and delivery costs are not included and are calculated seperately.

Promotions are only available while stock lasts.

Order
In the case of an order, the customer accepts the general conditions of use. We reserve the right to refuse any order of any customer.

Conditions of Payment
If payment is made by invoice or prepayment, the amount of the invoice has to be paid within 30 days after the date of the invoice. After any second reminder, we pass open invoices to our debt collection partner, who will ensure the enforcement.

We reserve the right to insist on advance payment.

Exchanges, Returns and Complaints
Exachange or return only after agreement over the phone within 8 days. The custumor must pay the shipping costs in the case of a return.

Applicable Law / Case of Dispute
The contracts are subject to Swiss law.
